Junior HR Officer - Human Resources

 

Main role

Assist in the recruitment process (screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
Prepare and process HR-related documents, including employment contracts and letters.
Support payroll by collecting and preparing necessary data.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing HR reports as required.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 years of relevant HR experience.
Good understanding of HR principles and practices.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
