Follow-up on Overdue Payments:You will need to visit existing clients with overdue payments, ensuring regular follow-up on repayment status. You will update the client’s data and prepare necessary reports for the Branch Manager regarding payment issues, enabling the bank to take appropriate actions for recovery.

Loan Status Updates & Inquiries:Conducting updated loan inquiries for specific cases will be another important part of your job. You will need to amend or remove outdated records, incorporate new client information, and verify the guarantor’s data to ensure that the bank's records are up to date.

Monthly Follow-up with Clients:Regular monthly follow-up is crucial to ensure that clients continue to make their repayments. By identifying any trends in delinquency early on, you can take corrective actions and prevent further issues before they escalate.
Job Requirements

Experience:Ideally, you should have 0-3 years of experience in banking services, microfinance, or direct sales. However, fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Education:Applicants must hold a university degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields, with graduation years ranging from 2022 to 2025.
